Orders are shipped by the Artist that produced the Original Art or Prints there of within two days of order. You will be notified upon shipping from AP International, Inc. Estimated date of delivery will be provided and we will check with you to make sure you received the item.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Upon receipt of the order item you will have three (3) days to decide on keeping the item. If you decide to return for a refund you will be required to re-pack the item in its original shipping box and return insured to the artist. Upon receiving the item back in the condition as sent the artist will notify AP Intl, Inc. and we will refund your purchase price less freight.

Damaged Art;

The art is packaged by the artist to prevent shipping damage. If you receive the item damaged, we will require you to notify the delivery person, if possible, take photos and provide them to the artist, who will submit an insurance claim. You will re-package the item in the original shipping container, if possible, insure for total amount and ship back to the artist. When the artist receives it back and it is in the condition as indicated, the artist will notify AP Intl, Inc. and we will refund the money including the cost of freight.
